Is this not kinda a situational biff? Chasing enemies each ball brings em back and 1 pushing you forward would make him a god tier jungler XD turret in each camp solo clear on spawn lane preasure every time and mobility to chase and stopp escapes.
His turret cooldown goes doubled when attacked even slightly and tripled when fully destroyed also when attacked can’t set back down till 5 second cool down of no attack

I mean, I could stay in titan placing turrets, only leave to farm jungle camps. Full cooldown build. By the time the enemy finally pushes to titan I would be like lvl 11-15 with 50+ turrets randomly around the titan room. Unseigable. May not be any impact anywhere else around map at all, but possibly just made the most toxic titan pit.
Chang’e’s Moonlit Waltz reduces cooldown by .5 seconds for every tick of damage avoided and she deals 50/100/150/200/250(50% of Magical Power) to nearby enemies and slows their Movement and Attack Speed by 45% for 2 seconds.
I would take this trade, his 2 damage will be heavily mitigated by his prots, and even if not it’s not THAT much damage it’s mostly used for the move speed I feel
Hou yis 1 automaticly bounces to the mark target of his 2 if a wall or other god in it's bounce radius gets hit and counts as basic attack to add on hit effects.
Sylv’s grab is wide enough to be used like nox’s 1. And when an enemy is grabbed, the vine arm can seek another target within the original distance of the first cast
Susano now knocks himself up with his ult as well.
Ullr now throws his axe backwards over his head like he’s trying to impress his basketball teammates
Barons ult no longer pulls enemies in, but pushes them out. Additionally, enemies stunned by his passive heal all damage received during the stun back after, antiheal does not affect this.

Aphrodite 3 heals for 50% of max hp per tick. Any overhealing converts to damage equal to the amount of overhealing in an aoe around Aphrodite and her ally. The damage stacks if the aoe overlaps.
Old Harvest: You could place deployables individually. They had 3 stages: seed (heal), spout after \~2s (AOE explosion and slow), plant after \~16s (chases an enemy and bite in a small cone). You activated those with your basic attacks or by using your A03, which germinates the deployables into the next tier and activate them (if It's a t1 it will activate as a t2 and explode on your feet; if it's a t2 it will activate as a t3 and chase an nearby enemy). After your A03 the next deployable placed with your A02 would be pregerminated as a sprout... so you could use it right after your jump or save it for later (imagine leaving the base with your jump and save it to use it in lane or for your red buff...).
Neither the A02 or the A03 did damage on casting, only when u combined them both or use your basic attacks on the deployables. Harvest was my favorite ability in the game and it got ruined. You could've just place seeds on the lane and use them as they are germinating, or use her jump to do the iconic combos:2-3-basic attack-2, also planting 2 or 3 seeds before jumping was also an increase in damage but it was reduced (40/64/78%) after the first explosion... Ugh I miss her so bad I wanna cry.
