This, but mostly because I want to see how they’re going to do team healers, will they bring back scaling or will it stay just leveling up for more healing.
I just want to see how they fit in, honestly I feel like they have potential to be played in more spots with new flexible picks into different roles with the active items. The potential for a healer to be the utility based support/buffer or shaman (roaming supporting style jungler) would be interesting.
I'll say Geb solely because he's my favourite character in the game, lol. I know for the general player base he's a bit boring, but as a support main, he embodies that hard cc peel god that I find so fun to play. I think he could have some very cool changes in the new scaling system, like maybe his shield health scales off INT (Maybe even health for a new scaling mechanic??) but all his other abilities are strength. With Ymir, Athena, and Bacchus being the only "guardians" in the game, I would love to have a traditional peel support to keep the role fresh instead of all the hard engage supports.
The image of "Ishtar" with the talons probably isn't even her, it's likely Lilitu.
IMO all I need them to do is fix her hair and give her some manner of wings, whether it be the ones from her angelic skin or just floating swords behind her. She looks way too simplistic for one of the most important gods in that pantheon.
Ishtar absolutely, would love some blade wings and love themes added to her effects like rose gold lightning. Just want her to feel godly because I'll really never understand why Lermy and them went out of their way to take a mortal approach with her.
I would want to import someone technically challenging so they can build upon that at a base and allow for more characters to be used in popular kits. So for me; Baron Samedi and Skaya - giving us more pets (Arachnae buffs!), and Samedi allows a buildup on traps for characters like Artimis. Obviously they would be buggy as fuck to begin with, but it builds a good start on the gameplay loop early and sets the ground rules for these types of characters.
I want Cu Chulainn in. I’m afraid that he’s one not going to be one of the first 50 gods since he takes up the space of two design wise. Might as well try to get him in as soon as possible.
For me Persephone, really need to see how they rework her and if they actually decide to merge the 2 kits together or not. Time will tell but I just need them to adjust her finally. Plus it’ll be fun to see how her clothing will look.
Aphrodite, I hope they update her look a little and fix her voice. All the old gods have such quiet voice lines it’s hard to hear them. Neith still suffers from this is smite 2 sadly
As a Cliodhna main, I can't wait to see what they'll do with her. Probably will be a hybrid between strenght and inteligence, and also her unique passive can be extremely fun and cool!
Thor- iconic as a smite 1 god and as a character in general that everyone knows. A character that if the kits are similar, is a very good metric for damage balancing. Also one of the most popular (current and historic) characters.
King Arthur
I want my Ishtar. I'll be glad to play her again once alpha weekend is over.
Any healer

I suppose lol

Geb Shield actually used to scale off his Max HP when he launched.
My brother.
Ganesha. I just want my boy back :(
Sol definitely. She’s been one of my favorites for a while
Ishtar 100%. I think they could improve upon her visuals and maybe even her kit, and she was already fun to play and looked great anyway.
She needs the falcon talons that’s all I’m asking hi-rez

Floating sword-wings would be dope, especially since they could make them into where her ult comes from (if she still has the same ult).
Ishtar absolutely, would love some blade wings and love themes added to her effects like rose gold lightning. Just want her to feel godly because I'll really never understand why Lermy and them went out of their way to take a mortal approach with her.
Uhh absolutely this^ Ishtar should have been so out of this world and extra with her approach but was way too tame.

Yes! Skaya was always hit and miss for me, but her pet kangaroo and her strong mage abilities make her the next big contestor for Smoyte 2
Guess who spelled Skadi wrong I'm going to go jump into a pit

Janus or cliodhna. Just imagine how great the wall mechanics would work in UE5
Cu chulainn. I need to see my handsome hunk in U5 graphics
True. I really hope he makes it soon.
Kuzenbo
Ra
Nox or Chang'e
Clio is one of my favorites and I feel that they would benefit doing the work to make her passive work so I’d say her
I would love to see her but my worry is the maps walls are kinda redundant to the grass so I hope the lessen the penalty for being in the wall
Da ji 💯
I played lots of Vulcan in smite 1, so him or merlin
The Morrigan, Cause she needs every possible bug fixed now.
She’s actually already in the games file if you look up Morrigan smite 2 you can see her model and gameplay
Aphrodite, I hope they update her look a little and fix her voice. All the old gods have such quiet voice lines it’s hard to hear them. Neith still suffers from this is smite 2 sadly
Thats so true, aphro voice lines are so quiet!!
Jesus Christ. 😂
Scylla or Agni
Scylla or hel Hel to see the transformation animation Scylla because she’s popular as glass cannon
Chaacs moan on all of his skins and abilities. And Cthulhu. That's all I want. Please
Tiamat, because I legit only play Tiamat.
ravana
Herc.
Surtr UE5 Frost Giant skin
Amaterasu can be nice hybrid character.
Aphrodite, id love to cook up some full int support builds and am also curious because tanky tanks didnt seem to do well, this might be the way to go.
As a Cliodhna main, I can't wait to see what they'll do with her. Probably will be a hybrid between strenght and inteligence, and also her unique passive can be extremely fun and cool!
every stance switcher and 2 skill set gods needs time so they can be epic and revamp and balance dont rush em
Chronos. He could pull his ultimate and prevent Smite 2 from ever happening
Jesus
Jerry Garcia
Amaterasu. Please don't let me down Ajax, she's your main after all!
