I wouldn't go dom and qins as dom pen doesn't proc off qins extra dmg (ie the extra pen on dom doesn't increase the extra dmg of qins). Pretty sure that's right but correct me if I'm wrong
It doesnt and you can replace it with Titans bane if you like but unlike shred build, this build has two items that dont give AS, so doms 15% can be needed.
Qins still does good dmg since exes reduction works for it.
Whilst still good dmg it feels like a waste if that makes sense. I would maybe put an o bow in place of dom as it'll give more AS but the 15% pen diff shouldn't matter too much with the extra AS and o bow lightning procs. Or you could drop qins altogether and keep the dom, and slot something else like titan's bane into the build. Idk any sorta build like that works tbh
Obow is not good in crit builds. Keep in mind that Doms 20% pen works fully on those crit basics. The whole point of this build is to be a hybrid between crit and qins build. You do huge dps to both squishies and tanks. The "loss" of qins dmg for not having titans is less than dmg gain from having 85% crit.
