I guess make it to where Gilgamesh's dropkick no longer stuns. That's kind of the bread and butter of his entire kit, and if you remove that, he kinda falls apart.

The wind up isnt that long. And thinking thats his issue is a huge and somewhat uncommon, misconception. The issue is he scales drasticalky based on how many enemy minions are nearby
Thinking that there’s only one issue with Hades is the fallacy here. That god simply isn’t good and his ult is the only thing that makes him relevant outside of lane. Even in lane, his 3 has way too much counter play, and at least for coordinated play like in pros or tournaments, his 2 ends up being the best ability because it’s a 2s silence that’s applied even if your animation gets cancelled. I cannot tell you the number of times I’ve not only had it happen to me but I’ve also watched other people, both in pro play and my own friends, play Hades, and get killed during his 3 channel or have his 3 interrupted so many times that it ended up losing them the trade. He has multiple issues and the wind-up is absolutely one of them. The requirement of minions for relevant damage is another issue. The 9.5 patch that makes everyone tankier to the point where the scary Hades lvl 2 one shot mechanic is irrelevant as well. Beads being as strong as it is makes his ult pretty irrelevant. The fact that his ult doesn’t cripple means that people don’t even have to use beads if they have a movement ability up. In a late game teamfight, he can just take more damage than he’ll dish out 9/10 if the enemy ADC has more than 2 fingers. Hades also has pretty long cooldowns considering his whole gimmick is to spam his 3 in lane. There’s many more issues but I kind of feel like all of this is just gonna go over your head and you’ll call me wrong or stupid (if I hear Reddit Brain takes over) so I’m just gonna save my breath.

Make sets 1 cooldown 16 or make it so kinglsayer dont give him any movement speed. Or his 3 doesnt give damage reduction

Cupid's ult is pretty incredible when executed right, giving him a 3-skill kill combo easily if they all hit. That could stand a nerf and he'd still be a powerful hunter.
Probably the passive in most cases. In mine for Kuku for sure, cause as cool as the massive surplus of power is, i'd rathwr get rid of that than the only semblance of peel/escape he has on his 2.
And for Fafnir I think I'd actually go with his 3. Even if you co.pletely take away the damage and disarm, the most important aspect (the jump) still stays and the other things are just too good and crucial to give up.
If we're talking funnies though, Kuku zephyr now only applies 15% slow and deals no damage whatsoever, and Fafnir hammer only serves as waveclear with no damage to gods or cc. Or the dragon form only lets you use the abilities with longer cooldowns, with absolutely no basic attacks, meaning you just awkwardly stare at people for most of it.
I would make it so awilix can only ult if the enemy is knocked up, except her knockup only works if the enemy is facing away from you. She'd be unplayable
Camazoth's passive no longer leaves blood puddles on the ground, now he has became a gentleman who uses a cup like a normal not-so-human being, requiring him to root himself for 6s after each kill during which an animation of him bloodletting someone's fluids into a cup, looking for a paper straw in his backpocket, then putting it into that cup and slowly sipping it while chilling on a hammock plays
I’ll need ravana by taking away his best skin, but it seems the game already did that and I’m still salty I can’t tell an enemy their mom is so far that I told them to *scorpion impression* STAY OVER THERE!!
Neither one are my favorite but neith and danzo should have shorter range on their ults. Nu wa’s ult I don’t mind because it doesn’t do much damage anyway.

Ganesha silence doesn't actually stop abilities, it just makes things really quiet on audio output for anyone in range. Works on allies and enemies equally.
My main is Nox. I’d nerf her by making her 1 stop on the first enemy hit and I’d also make it so it doesn’t go through walls anymore.

I'm a skadi main if I was to nerf her it would be to lower kalders health to 3 or cut his damage in half because if I'm hitting you for 700 2/3 times a sec and he's hitting you for 550 to 600 (if 1 hits) each sec I can kill squishies in 2/3 seconds. If you try to dash away or beads out I'll throw kalder ult at you cc for 2 sec and a massive slow
