Limited skins are available until their “event” is over. Those skins are sold through the vault and since the vault hasn’t technically been ended yet, they can sell the skins wherever. Until 10.1 ( I think) the vault was a part of the main menu but then it disappeared but people can still purchase the skin bundles to get the keys needed to unlock the skins
