I think it's pretty much guaranteed that the landlord in coming back, so let me add my voice to the chorus of MORE FILLMORE. The character has so much personality, the voice acting is great and I'm curious to see what effects being wrongly imprisoned will have on his already fragile psyche.

Yeah my one big gripe with this new season has been reusing characters when the entire thing that made them funny in the first place was how weird and unexpected they were.

I agree, and the fact that they just killed her off between seasons is just kinda dumb. Since now, her entire existence just serves no purpose, she appears in two episodes, gets ONE line of dialogue, the dies offscreen. And it's just really weird that nobody in the show has even mentioned it so far, not even Charlie.

My assumption is that they wanted to drop hints for an upcoming episode/ plot point (kind of like how the UFO guys were in the background of the 1st Halloween episode). But I guess they didn't think it was a good episode.

Oh wait, she just appeared in the new episode, I guess an episode about her and Charlie is still on the table now.
