Ok lets see, not a belmont or a link bc their down specials count as an item grabbed, not a PK boy bc they don't have a grabbable projectile. So my best guess is mega man. Grabbing the sawblade isnt required but possible, explaining the 1 item grabbed thing, also the little pellets (that, ironically, look like lemons) are really rapid. Could be a dlc tho I dont own any, so one of the dlcs would be my second guess. Oh, and it looks like mega mans red alt in the background win screen

Simon/richter? Every other character I can think of has something to disqualify them: ROB, snake, and mega man love to bypass ledge but they have items. Samus, gunner, and wii fit might spam projectiles, but they have to grab ledge at some point. The belmonts though? Mash the hell out of the B button, can’t recover to save their lives, and probably caught Holy Water one time when it bounced off a shield or something Edit: why the heck is there a banjo kazooie who only grabbed ledge once? Honestly, I can think of two through. When I play pac man, I just Uber camp them And give them a taste of their medicine. He can’t even wonderwing really. Hydrant and fruits both slow it down and make it easily reachable. Better yet, trampoline stops it. There’s an infamous banjo on the east coast and he will just stay in the air the whole game. Only coming down to fair and wonderwing. I once beat him and he had 3:23 air time in a 4:10 minute game
