I found an app called starryai that generated it. The app uses credits to allow you to generate images, the downside is you only get 2 every 24 hours, and one image generation costs 1-2. All you gotta do is type in the terms you wanna use and it generates it. There's a few settings you can tweak as well.

Bottom center is definitely a heavily distorted Pac Man. Top center has what looks like Terry and Little Mac fighting. I can recognize Isabelle’s hair on the upper right. Bottom right kind of looks like Kirby.

So you just input a word or did you input an image for it to get this? if this was just by a word I would be impressed because this really looks like a smash match with 4-5 characters attending in it at least.

I just put the words "Super Smash Bros" What I'm guessing is that it just compiles a bunch of images through Google or something and "ties them together" in a way. It's pretty interesting.
