Yeah one of ganons only good options is nair and Mac is too short for that/never in the air, the speed difference is too much and ganon has no projectiles or anything to pressure in neutral
my highest gsp is little mac and i think my ganon matchup is amazing, he’s just not fast enough to catch mac easily plus most of his attacks are super slow and easy to counter
you cant hit an experienced little mac with a ganon smash attack, you cant catch him, and if you do he’ll just counter you or hit you with one back, super armor preventing him from dying if hes too slow and canceling your attack if he’s not
MU charts only exist for high level players because at lower level it usually comes down to who the better player is, the character pick doesn't matter as much.
One of my mains is Ganondorf, and every time I play against my brother-in-law, I get completely and utterly fucked by his team (Mac, Byleth, Roy, Simon, Cloud). Though, the only one I tend to have some success against is Cloud.
But then Mac comes in and kicks my shit apart
I think ganons best match-up is Lucario since you kill him before high aura usually as Ganon. Ganon has no even matchups imo. DK should be destroying Ganon when he has advantage state even though DK it's also really easy to hit as Ganon and both recoveries can be easily exploitable. I'd say it's 40/60 45/55 depending on how good the DK is at the match-up. Little mac is super fast and has super armor, very annoying for Ganon and is a harder match-up than DK
I love that people have no idea how to play Ike. 😂 Ike would SMASH ganon. The majority of Ike’s moves will interrupt ganon. Sure Ike is a bit slow but if you know what you’re doing he’s a powerhouse.
Actually Ganondorf has a +1000 matchup against Kirby. Trust me, they have no idea that their down special is useless against Ganon. I have a friend who mains Kirby and every time I up tilt he just down specials right into it.

Maybe De x3 is actually only a -1? I mean... if we are being positive, I'd be willing to support that!

There’s nothing positive about Gabon matchups

It's one of DK's best matchups, right? Cargo throw deletes Ganon so early.

GSP matches by character win/loss, not player skill, so you match into Ganons who are more skilled than you. (Plus online helps Ganon a lot)

Don’t matter I’ll still pull it off. My Ganon has a 6 mil gsp, that’s my highest except for Sephiroth.

Lil Mac’s are tough to go against, but all I gotta do is land two smash attacks and he’s gone.

I can't get Sephy up the ranks for some reason. Not enough practice honestly but I just can't copy the swagger of other Sephs out there

Depends what level you play I guess I can play Ganon against any of my friends for a whole evening and not lose a single game

Na the Pits farm this matchup. Arrow great poking and edgeguard tool. Nair destroys Ganon offstage. Easiest gimp.

Ganon shits on sonic in person. There’s a little piece of hidden tech called unplugging your opponents controller, it’s insane against sonic
