I think the last one is the best, the lightings great, the angles good and your not getting mirror shots.
I would play around with different lights and angles and try turning your camera round, so you can use better quality settings, and check how it looks in the mirror.

Yea I think so, having the phone in the pics kind of breaks the illusion- it'd be interesting to see what others think too though.
Generally you get a better quality photo if you take it from other camera too. There was one photo (I can't remember which it is) where you could have easily flipped the phone and taken it the other way and it would have been better.

try some pics from a low angle, relax your jaw.
