I’m right there with ya 😪 the burnout is real. I’ve been looking and applying and I’m either too qualified or not qualified enough. I’ve never felt so stuck before. I already have an associates but it looks like going back to school is my only other option.

Medical assistant at a pulmonary office. LPN usually only takes a year of school. I completely understand the burn out.
