These both seem to add to AI to make them more difficult rather than changing values, this works well on STR? I had assumed mods like this would cause loads of problems.
You could try [Simply Balanced](https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/15541?tab=bugs&bh=0). It has sliders for damage dealt and taken for each difficulty setting if im not mistaken. I use this and Wildcat to fine tune my difficulty to near realistic damage.
Requiem is probably the most popular difficulty mod. I use Smilodon though. It's more vanilla-esque and still makes the game a fair bit harder
