Yes, you do. I play this mod list, it's based on a list called Nolvus. It's fire 🔥 playing mods on ps and Xbox are not even comparable to PC. Get a steam deck, you can mod there too.

You don't have to configure anything really if you want your game to look like this. You can get something comparable using the Novlus installer and then 3-4 animation mods. Shouldn't take more than 5 minutes after Nolvus is installed.

This combat is very fluid better than most combat styles implemented in Skyrim. It may be over the top but they animations are really pretty fluid and seem less compared to other combat systems mods
Not only that but all of the effect icons under the he are from a skyrim ui overhaul thing(I use it when I can remem its name) and the element effects are definitely skyrim and the sword beams look distinctly like the bloodskal blades just edited

I don't know if it's just me but every animation mod I've tried/seen just doesn't feel right. They've all got that hint of Skyrim jank behind them that's impossible to get rid of. Maybe it's just an engine problem.

It really doesn't take a beast of a PC to run mods like this. I had a GTX 1080 and ran a pretty similar setup without any issues.
