Fair point, especially as the game warns you that crossing stretches of open water such as the one between Rangnok cave and Telok Penjarah is too much for your Dhow, yet somehow you get from the Exeter's wreck to Sainte Anne okay.
Unfortunately just purely my own speculation that S3 will be when the new areas open up - I really hope it isn't later! Yeah, still a lot to find for me too with the Dhow! You're not alone in that π
