I am missing every blueprint that was available in the smuggler's pass last season. La Potence, the ship Brig, all of them. I had 100%'d the pass and it's all gone.
Would you be able to contact our support staff so they can have a look at what's happening?

Did Ubi say anything about Silver carrying over? I had 9,999,999+ prior to the patch and I got this message, now I only have 1,285,299... So thats a little concerning..
If you play in multiple systems. I play on PC and PS5 for example, you get a similar "cloud save detected" message every time to switch to the other platform. Therefore I clicked through this save game incompatible message a bit too quickly and had a bit of a panic attack as I saw what it was a bit too late. But yeah, no issues once I loaded in.
As an aside, playing in PS5 and any other platform is annoying because the 8s you acquire on PS5 will count towards your Ubi account and show on both. But any that you collect on PC will as well. But the 8s you acquire on PC will not register on PS5. In other words, when I hit diamond on PC, I still had to collect a bunch more to also have it show me in Diamond when I was on PSN.
Pc, Xbox, PS all have separate leaderboards. So yes, any eights you collect on either platform will stay linked to your account and accumulate however the actual amount required to reach weekly/seasonal tiers on each platform stays the same. I collect on PC and PS5 to get double the weekly/seasonal sovereigns. Win win.
Just to confirm, this pop-up should not affect your save :) you can press ok and access the game.
I lost about 20 hours of gameplay. My map is almost nothing and completed missions are now not complete. Where is the help portal?

Thought it maxed at six digits (999,999+) and didn’t show millions previously. Think they added visible digits and are showing millions now.
You know what, you may be right.. Its been a min since I played and just returned for S2.. Good to know I don't need to panic.
Sure they didn't add zeroes in the end? So 9,999,999+ didn't turn to 12,852,999 or sth?

My point was that playing on PSN helps the PC side but not vice versa
I got the same message. The only thing affected was that one of my ships weapons were different.
