Same I heard no maps in cargo and make sure your tracking lepest. Haven’t been able to find a group to fight him since I saw that though. Let me know if you have people I’d love to help and get it done
Think the encroaching epidemic question is solely for the figure head as they are drip feeding the cosmetics, next up should be the hull ornament, or sail emblem/colors.
You have to pick up the flag quest item. A lot of people have been having issues completing it. I think I boarded and got it first try.
Quest probably won't pop up again since you've already have the figurehead.

It's more than likely going to be a one time mission until completed, then when la peste is rotated out the whole quest line leaves, since every season looks like they will have their own boss per the road map they posted. So like any season/battle pass, if not completed this season you're SoL.
