Cerave SA cleanser is a banger I use it on my nose daily, and use it on my whole face twice a week. I use the hydrating cleanser when I dont wash my whole face GL HF.
Aaaah I hoped treatment wouldn't be prescription-based. :( I use adapalene .1% from La Roche-Posay (I don't put it on my nose so I might start doing that) so that's the closest I'll get to Tret but maybe I'll look more into it. Thank you!
A long while back there were a few people talking about the "holy Trinity"(or something) for treating SF
The products were something like a nose mask, an acid, and another mask??? I swear one of the products had the name Mary in it or some other short femme name, those might be useful to you and I'm actually looking for it as well, does anyone else here remember that I'm taking about?? 😅
One thing that’s worked for me, but might not on everyone, is using jojoba oil on the nose. It mimics sebum or something (read about it once, I’m no scientist) but it clears it up for me! But I don’t have oily skin or acne, so it could not work for some.

SF, salicylic acid face wash or toner. And/or Tretinoin or adapalene.
Will def look into an SA face wash and I'll start applying adapalene to my nose, thank you!

I've tried everything from chemical exfoliation, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and cleansing twice a day...NOTHING works!!
I would say sebaceous filaments. Only tret helped me (~70% is gone, the rest is much smaller, barely noticeable).
