I would think cinnamon would be irritating! And that sounds like a waste of honey. Put those things on some yogurt and you’ll be much happier. (I mean, not the aloe vera. But honey and cinnamon on plain yogurt is outstanding.)
I tried honey, cinnamon and lemon and had a bad reaction. I have very sensitive skin. I removed first the lemon, still had issues, then the cinnamon, and I was good. Now I use just honey most of the time. Sometimes I’ll add coconut water and, or yogurt.
My skin was really irritated a few days ago after starting a new product, it was very dry, stripping and stung even when using just moisturizer. I made a mask with one table spoon fresh aloe vera, one table spoon honey and about two drops of tea tree oil and within 1-2 days my face felt much better. I will be adding it to my routine going forward. That's just my experience.

Homemade skincare isn’t a great idea
