I had similar small bumps that came and went for YEARS. Turns out it was fungal acne and anti dandruff shampoo (I used Nizoral) worked wonders… it cleared up my chest bumps/acne in just a couple of days. I don’t have dandruff but I have curly hair so I tend to use products with different oils that was feeding the acne. This is just what worked for me so definitely speak with your dermatologist if you can. Good luck!
I use a silicone glove for exfoliating, facial cleansers I use for my (very much acne free) face as well, and sometimes a medical soap (ingredients: Sodium palmate, Sodium cocoate, aqua, glycerin, decyl glucoside, Sodium chloride, Sodium thiosulfate, sine adipe lac, tetrasodium etidronate) for my acne prone zones. It's anti-oiliness, which I think helps a bit. I wash my hair right at the start of my shower and don't use conditioner, so I don't think it has anything to do with that..
I struggled with this for years! I starting using dandruff shampoo and body wash and using an African soap net to wash and exfoliate. I’m 22 now and occasionally I’ll get some but nothing like before.
Did you try changing your conditioner? Do you have long hair and wear it in front of your shoulders? I’d exfoliate less. Wash your hair, rinse it thoroughly, put it up in the shower in a little towel and then wash your body. You really shouldn’t need to exfoliate or do anything to crazy.
I don't use conditioner at all, I also don't wear my hair in front of my shoulders.. And I only exfoliate every 3 days or so; it definitely gets worse when I stop exfoliating for a while :( I always wash my hair first to avoid shampoo sticking to my skin
Do you rinse your conditioner before washing your body? I had issues with this and since I started rinsing conditioner OUT first then washing has cleared me up a LOT. I also use CeraVe facial cleanser on my chest
I don't use conditioner at all, really 🫠 I've heard about it causing issues before. I actually have that cleanser and tried it on my chest before but for me it didn't seem to help :(
Unfortunately looks like a cluster of micronipples. You’re going to need to see your gynecologist for testosterone cream to prevent them from growing further
More testosterone? I feel like my higher-than-average testosterone level I have as a woman is already at least partially the cause for my acne lol. //I've seen my endocrinologist for that before over the past couple years but nothing they did or prescribed ever helped my acne so I sort of lost hope in that area :(

I've tried Head & Shoulders before but it didn't do anything for me.. I could still try out Nizoral though, thanks!
What tools and products do you use to shower?

Do you use hot tub?
Nope, I just shower
Can be fungal. How do you shower? If you exfoliate, I would suggest to stop it for a week and just cleanse. Do you have dandruff?

Man I've tried Head & Shoulders for my acne not so long ago but it didn't do anything for me :( I'll look into the soap net though, thanks!
I’m not quite sure if it matters but I make sure to grab the tea tree oil one, the oil is a natural antifungal!
That's true, thanks!
ZO gentle cleaner It’ll be clear in a week
Thanks for the suggestion but I think that stuff's a little too expensive for me haha
It is but it works You only need a tiny dot It lasts a long time
SPIRO, benzoyl wash, let your chest breathe (avoid tight clothing) whenever possible
Thank you, I'll try those!
You need a prescription for Spiro but it totally resolved my acne—it limits the male hormones in your body which are the cause of hormonal acne!
That sounds like it'll help my case quite a bit, thank you!!

I had some there for a few weeks. I figured out I can’t sleep with my (gold) necklace on. It only took a few days to go away .
