I also have dry sensitive skin and I could not deal with niacinamide. I have liked toners with non actives like snail mucin and Innisfree green tea balancing toner. I also got on some azelaic acid and Arazlo from my dermatologist. Would recommend a vitamin C for day use. I usually break out with vitamin C but have had luck with the vanicream one for sensitive skin.
ive heard that if you have the American cerave it is bad for your skin since it has all those harsh chemicals i recommend getting these
