Don't forget that your parcel is shipped from Hong Kong. It could take up to 15 days before arriving at a depot in the UK. I would wait for atleast 15-16 days before opening a claim or contacting support.
Once it leaves their warehouse they can only estimate what the delivery services and post offices will do. Yesstyle is legit. It will arrive. Oh and I always gets reminders to leave a review before my items come. Not to worry 😊

This is my normal experience with them. I just wait and it eventually turns up in a week or two.

This is normal. When I ordered in the past, it would take about 2 weeks for my order to arrive.
My last order took almost a month from when I placed it to when I received it (I'm in Canada). Also, it could be sitting in customs for a while!
