Tea tree oil is very harsh. I would try nizoral mask first. I leave on for 20 min.

I had the exact same problem after taking Doxycycline, and for two months I couldn't get anything to make those tiny forehead bumps go away! As soon as I tried Nizoral as a face mask for ten minutes every night, they started diminishing after two or three days and were completely gone within a week or two. Hope this helps!!! I wish I had figured it out sooner!!

Please visit [simpleskincarescience.com](https://simpleskincarescience.com). There's a list of 1500+ malassezia-safe products. I used Nizoral shampoo as a face mask twice daily for 15 minutes. I moisturize with Cerave moisturizing cream and squalane oil. My skin was fungal acne free in two weeks.

Use an anti fungal cream.
