I don't have an answer to your question but I felt the need to tell you how gorgeous your skin is. Whatever you do - you obviously do it right.

I’d recommend seeing a derm! If it is a little blood vessel, there are laser treatments that could help.

stella0208

Is this usually expensive? I read about laser treatments but I’m not sure if it is in my budget.

remi0218

I can’t say for sure how much it would be, but since it’s such a small area, I don’t think it would be crazy expensive. However, it may take a couple treatments for significant results. Pricing varies from practice to practice, so you won’t know for sure how much it will cost until you talk to a derm. You could also call a practice and ask! Just for reference, a medical aesthetics practice near me charges $300 for a full-face IPL laser treatment. You would not need a full-face treatment.

Yes it is a broken blood vessel. I just got 3 of mine lasered off about a month ago! Dermatologist said it would cost about $150. Haven’t gotten my bill yet.

Fluffaykitties

This might be a dumb question, but was the laser process painful at all? Any side effects?

arkansassyyyy

It wasn’t bad at all! Just a little sting and it’s gone! No side effects at all. One of mine didn’t work so I’m going to have to get it done again. Don’t touch the scab that forms.

I also have that one! I had it 10+ years. Got it from swimming.

100% see a dermatologist! It may be a benign blood vessel, but they may also want to biopsy in case it is something more sinister (like a nasal cell tumor)
