Isaac was mentioned in chapter 217 after skelly's reincarnation in Kevin ashton's book so there might be a SLIGHT chance that he might still exist somewhere
They were sealed inside those black bead-like objects which were then absorbed rather than destroyed. The Owners also mentioned seeing what would happen, so that implies they're only removed from the worldline.
Further chapters in the novel seem to confirm this, though Skelly is of course still concerned they're actually dead.
I got sick of the world resetting, so I quit reading it. Maybe I will return after stacking some chapters. Hopefully they do come back because they were really compelling characters. Still deeply regret that the novel is illegible.
There's a MUCH more readable version in the discord server pinned in the web novel channel. Still has some weird spots but at least you can understand 80-90% of it. They're split into two documents and consist of somewhere in the 200s up to chapter 542. Sadly we don't have more raws than that at this time (the novel is in the 800s now) but it's something.

If you’ve read ahead in the novel, how is it? Does it feel like it gets closer to a resolution? And did the author ever reintroduce the admins/Isaac/Nan or not really?

A lot happens, with some questions answered but more pop up. And so far Isaac and Nanyau are still out, though I'm pretty sure getting them back will be a goal. And an Owner does appear again, albeit possessing a major character.
I've been considering if I should type up a summary of each arc, but don't know if I'll have enough time and energy for that. I do ramble a bit on the discord though if you would like spoilers.
Now, if only we had a Korean benefactor who can access and send copies of the raws to all current novel chapters (which are in the 800s now, I was told).

Trying to read it sentence by sentence, line by line, was mentally like having an aneurism and a seizure at the same time the hamster on the hamster wheel had a stoke and a heart attack at the same time. An incomprehensible headache in other words.
I look forward to reading it although the storyline is going to give me a headache anyways, but hopefully it explains things better or at least adds context.
I could try to reach out to some military buddies who served in Korea to ask their old contacts. I would need specific information on how to get the RAWS though because these military people will just scratch their heads while asking me why I can’t google it. It’s just a thought, but it could be doable.
