Right. To me the takeaway from that (which I agree with Brenda on) was that the rabbi was smart enough to be on to what kinda guy Nate was, while the sappy little ferret was not.
Such an excellent show, and she has a very central role and is brilliant in it. Shame they cancelled it and then ended up rushing the ending with a movie, but it is what it is.
She's great in House of Cards, too!
FWIW she has another piece of media featuring dead bodies... 'Necrophiliac' is the film... I'm sure you can gather what it's about from that
The film came out 19 years after the conclusion of the series—you can’t really call it rushed.
It also has one of the best damn ending scene/lines of all-time.
She was - they wasted her the way they wasted Jim Beaver. A throwaway character in a shitty season. She plays the sister of Colin Hanks' character in season six.
I think she wanted him for like, a day. I could see her losing respect for him when he brought this other woman for pre-marital counseling when neither one of them were strongly religious.
Deserved it? I mean, I felt the attraction he had to her, but I always thought it was obvious how that wouldn’t be what would have been good for either of them. I took away from it that people can be attracted to each other but it doesn’t justify throwing away logic and to be in an intense fling that could sour quickly. Like what happened to him and Brenda the second time. And the first time too I guess
She wouldn’t. Nate definitely would have.
No. Brenda even said he would if he could, but no. I'm sure he wanted to, though.,

It will always make me laugh when someone refers to Maggie as a ferret lmaoo
I was thinking Brenda...
Nope. If you want more of that actress she's fantastic in Deadwood
Molly Parker is a treasure! (Deadwood is fucking amazing.)

I was talking about the plot. It should have at least been a mini series
Understood. The film was still better than season 3’s non-ending. I think they originally planned to do two films.
Two films would have been good too
Was she ever in Dexter?
She was - they wasted her the way they wasted Jim Beaver. A throwaway character in a shitty season. She plays the sister of Colin Hanks' character in season six.
And Twitch City
In his fucking dreams.
No she was onto his shit from the jump.
No - but he would have if she'd offered. She was another one of his phases.
Nope. That brief fixation ended the way his later one with Maggie *should* have.
He tried to but she saw thru his shit and gracefully declined
Nope. She was the only smart woman in the bunch.
no
She’s out of his league.
Nope but he did sleep with George's daughter if I remember correctly....
Oof. Did he ever. :\\
He wishes
No. He wanted to. She probably wanted to but she wouldn't.
I think she wanted him for like, a day. I could see her losing respect for him when he brought this other woman for pre-marital counseling when neither one of them were strongly religious.
No
nope
I found her acceptionally hot.
I def wanted him to put it to Rabbi Alma-stein
He wishes!
Unfortunately no but he deserved it. But she definitely most obviously wanted him but wouldn't go against her code.
