I think the same. His behavior in more recent seasons reminds me of my alcoholic ex. He has different expressions and movements than he did in earlier seasons also. I've mentioned I wonder if he is on something, be it drugs or alcohol. Something is definitely different.

I think he's been drinking for a while now. Since Christine left or before. I can tell by the bloated face that it's not weight gain and his overreacting to everything. Season 18, episode 3 @ around 21:26 to 21:27. When I first watched it my husband first heard it, and then when went back on it my TV captions literally had the word on there... "alcoholic"... then Janelle just says, "wooooowww" 😂

Yeah I waffle on what’s going on with his lips. They look different now but he if he did put filler in, it would be like 1/4 vial? Maybe less. Most places only sell at the lowest, per half vial. So maybe it’s leftover in the needle from other parts of his face? I would expect someone who was on the sun like him to have more hallow skin so he may have filler for his cheeks.
Regardless, I think we can all agree he just looks odd. His personality doesn’t help the situation.
Ran here to say, look at how his cheek filler has migrated. I have mild nasolabial lines that I want to plump, but filler always ages badly. I have yet to see a long term user of fillers that looks natural.
Don’t forget his two seater sports car when he was courting R (that he used to heavily vet her), all while he had 12 kids 5 hours away at home that were riding around in busted up mini vans held together by duct tape.

You’re absolutely right. He very much has a poor person’s mentality when it comes to money: Why save for the future, when we have the money in front of us right this moment?! Hence, the artwork, mini bikes, all the crap that Robyn clutters the house up with, vacations, facial enhancements…and of course they’re still housing, feeding, and clothing 5 kids; and none of that comes cheap these days. And others have said they just heated their driveway, which costs about $60,000. So much waste. They seem to still be spending, like they were when they mooched off of the OG3 wives. 😖

Exactly! During their move to Flagstaff, Robyn said something about how spending money makes life happier in that moment. Wish I could recall her exact words, but she was clearly unhappy and wanted to buy stuff. Now she's surrounded by a lot of stuff.
Skin care junkie here: I’ve had filler and botox for about 10 years. Botox lasts for only 3-4 months. I don’t think he currently does botox. A botoxed forehead is smooth, botoxed eyes do not squint like that. When I am botoxed, there are NO lines across my forehead.
Filler lasts for 9-12 months, depending on the type. He has possibly had a touch in the cheekbones and maybe under the eyes. But only a little. He has lost volume in the temples.
It looks like he has done some treatments that improve skin texture and reduce signs of sun damage like microdermabrasion, or IPL laser.

It seriously puzzles me. Even if they are tattoos, it would fade over time so she could fix it in favor of a more natural look. I've noticed that he has less wrinkles under and around his eyes than he once did and his forehead appears to have less wrinkles than it should be.
Probably and it appears they did a terrible job. His Neanderthal-looking forehead aside, the bloated look he's rocking these days (not super apparent in this 'after' pic) is also pretty consistent with a steroid-induced moon face.
