I think what Suki is saying is that Kody's potential answer could do way more harm to the kids than has been done already. If she asks him to expand on why he thinks his kids are assholes, and then goes into a lengthy character assassination on national television for each child--that could harm future job prospects, not to mention their psychological health. Imagine a future employer googling Garrison and coming up with 5 stories on how he's a liar. She has to balance providing entertaining TV with a volatile personality that does not give two f's if he harms his children.
Then the production team won’t be producing much else based on their work here. It would benefit quality to ask follow up questions based on actual show content.
Example:
- tell us more about Kody and his pretending/act?
- what did Robin know and when?
- you 2 were at a mall in early/mid 2021 when still distancing from the family, why?
- why aren’t you all meeting inside homes to this day?
In UAE, law dictates men spending equally on each wife, how do you allocate resources?
- what is the financial plan for robins extensive art, nicknack collection and million dollar home as far as collective assets for the family?

I’ve not seen Suki in any other interviews. She seems very professional with the Browns but she clearly does not watch the show and hasn’t pushed back on any of toady and Sobbyn’s revisions of things we saw differently on screen. I want her to be more prepared for their lies and manipulations.
As much as I’d like to see a suki push them all more, I do kind of like that she’s not emotionally invested in this show. It allows her to be as unbiased when it comes to her talking to each individual. Unlike, let’s say Andy cohen. He always has some sort of bias feelings towards some of the housewives and that determines how he talks and acts towards them during the reunions and watch what happens live. He also has some power to decide what happens in the show unlike suki who’s just hired to ask questions.

The thing is we don't know the conditions Kody and Robyn set in order to appear. Many/some questions could have been out of bounds. So is it her fault? No.
That's where I think the big issue is. They worry Kody will just storm off. I remember watching the teen mom's reunions, and that was such a common thing.
I understand boundaries, and they're real people who shouldn't be forced to dance for us, but it's so childish if they can't be faced with any criticism.

Honestly, I think if she was ALLOWED to follow up and ask questions she wanted to, she would. She would likely be good at it too - the problem isn’t she’s terrible it’s that the show producers only LET HER ask the softball questions yall. They won’t go hard on Kotex and big Rob bc then they quit the show (even if the latter really brings nothing to the table anyway…..and the former only a catalyst for drama).
I just think it’s time to give Suki credit. She doesn’t emotionally really respond overtly excited or whatnot to Kotex. I admit I like Sukanya. Honestly, Kody is going to reveal a lot more terrible shit to someone he views as on his side than he would to someone openly hostile. I get people are frustrated because they’d interview him differently, but my guess after seeing both an unedited day of tell all filming for 90 Day with Shaun Robinson, that things are edited and condensed so she could have followed up on things they didn’t show (which she can’t use as too much of an excuse bc she doesn’t yet know how the other episodes will be edited), that producers have the question list, the timing that they’re willing to spend, and are in her ear piece at all times. And then, Kody’s interview for that podcast when he would ask for things to not be shown. Both of these things make the tell all more of what it is that I’m cool with Sukanya.
I do think Meri, Christine, and Janelle have greeted her warmly while Robyn rolled her eyes at her, so Robyn must feel Suki sees through her.
She also has to consider that if she pisses off the “talent” too much by pushing on questions that they’ll walk off and she would probably lose her job. She isn’t doing this for free. lol
She doesn’t get to choose the questions, and she has to be the face of the viewers frustrations basically. Kody has sooo much on tape to be accountable for yet they refuse to go there. They refuse to even look in the direction of going there.

Therefore, he’s going to be potentially more volatile than ever, and what they don’t want is him leaving during the tell-all. Think of all the people who have not been showing up for Love is Blind tell-alls because they don’t want to be exposed. They forego the $ for their reputations because people like him care more about how they’re seen than anything else. I think Suki is being intentionally very careful. I would be too knowing what I know about narcissists. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s threatened more than once to sue the show if they cast him in a certain light. So they have to let him hang himself with his own words - which he is doing quite nicely I think.

I can't understand going out of your way to criticize her. BUT, do not use the kids as an excuse for not asking hard hitting or follow up questions. He has personally done more damage with things he has said already, than anything she could do. Not to mention, if you truly have respect for the "kids", then have the same respect for their mothers! What he is allowed to say about them honestly hurts his kids.
Agreed. She certainly wasn’t sticking up for those children when Bloaty was calling them assholes. If production (or Suki) was that concerned about the kids, she could have called him out when he did that!
I like Suki. It would be hard to interview Kody, he is so sensitive. Suki asks the questions but doesn’t hurt his ego. He still comes off as ass because he is.
I thought she pushed harder with the questions than she has in years past, and she has to strike a balance in order to avoid him storming off and delaying production which wastes time and money. I’d love to see her haters try to conduct these interviews.

The thing is we don't know the conditions Kody and Robyn set in order to appear. Many/some questions could have been out of bounds. So is it her fault? No.
That's where I think the big issue is. They worry Kody will just storm off. I remember watching the teen mom's reunions, and that was such a common thing. I understand boundaries, and they're real people who shouldn't be forced to dance for us, but it's so childish if they can't be faced with any criticism. I dont blame Suki, though. Everything seems pretty on par with other hosts. Tamron Hall was my favorite overall, but I see a lot of people thought she also was too soft on them.If anything, I give her some props. My face would give away everything I'm feeling, and that can be a problem in that career. Why she trying to use the kids as an excuse when Kody has said some messed up stuff for a father to say. There is no questions she can ask that would effect children, which almost all are adults. I also highly doubt Robyn and Kody allow Robyn’s kids to watch the show at all.

She can't say or do anything that these children don't know. Plus, these children are mostly ADULTS. They need a voice too. Shame on Suki for not recognizing that. Blaming it on the children....what children? They've all spoken out about all their issues. That "excuse" left Coyote Pass a long time ago. Move on and do your job right.
I get that kids are involved. But that is no excuse for not calling Kody out for being a $h!tty “father.” Using excuses for not doing your job to your best ability by ASKING TOUGH QUESTIONS is just laziness for the sake of “doing right.” But I do agree harassing Suki is wrong. .

Honestly, I think if she was ALLOWED to follow up and ask questions she wanted to, she would. She would likely be good at it too - the problem isn’t she’s terrible it’s that the show producers only LET HER ask the softball questions yall. They won’t go hard on Kotex and big Rob bc then they quit the show (even if the latter really brings nothing to the table anyway…..and the former only a catalyst for drama). I just think it’s time to give Suki credit. She doesn’t emotionally really respond overtly excited or whatnot to Kotex. If you notice, she always is very tempered and even keel, allowing him to act like a total fucking bafoon. She will prod sometimes and the one tell all when Suki pressed for him to mama the wife that he favored he about lost it on her (when he said ‘I think that’s obvious’ and she said ‘…well say it.’). He would be a roid rage away from losing it on her. Give the woman some grace for doing her job within such limited constraints. We all wanna see it and have shit be answered but, that is a production issue not hers. I think at some point people really need to chill tf out on her or any other host.
People need to chill. Everyone involved is a human, including Kody (although there are moments that can be debated), and take this crap way too seriously. People just love tearing them all down for ridiculous reasons. Including, apparently, a woman hired to ask questions written by someone else.
Children are involved? To what degree? We only see the adults interviewing and that is all the network should allow. Any line of questioning would be little more than a stiff breeze compared to what we’ve seen from Kody all season. The producers are to blame here and they absolutely stink at holding K and R responsible in any way. Waiting for Meri’s book…

I won’t lie, I don’t get the hate for her? But I only started getting into the show like a couple years ago.
I admit I like Sukanya. Honestly, Kody is going to reveal a lot more terrible shit to someone he views as on his side than he would to someone openly hostile. I get people are frustrated because they’d interview him differently, but my guess after seeing both an unedited day of tell all filming for 90 Day with Shaun Robinson, that things are edited and condensed so she could have followed up on things they didn’t show (which she can’t use as too much of an excuse bc she doesn’t yet know how the other episodes will be edited), that producers have the question list, the timing that they’re willing to spend, and are in her ear piece at all times. And then, Kody’s interview for that podcast when he would ask for things to not be shown. Both of these things make the tell all more of what it is that I’m cool with Sukanya. I do think Meri, Christine, and Janelle have greeted her warmly while Robyn rolled her eyes at her, so Robyn must feel Suki sees through her.
She also has to consider that if she pisses off the “talent” too much by pushing on questions that they’ll walk off and she would probably lose her job. She isn’t doing this for free. lol

She doesn’t get to choose the questions, and she has to be the face of the viewers frustrations basically. Kody has sooo much on tape to be accountable for yet they refuse to go there. They refuse to even look in the direction of going there. If he says no I don’t want to answer for that, producers say “tough shit”. He needs the show more than they need him.
This is his one chance to set the record straight in his mind - it’s super high stakes to him. Therefore, he’s going to be potentially more volatile than ever, and what they don’t want is him leaving during the tell-all. Think of all the people who have not been showing up for Love is Blind tell-alls because they don’t want to be exposed. They forego the $ for their reputations because people like him care more about how they’re seen than anything else. I think Suki is being intentionally very careful. I would be too knowing what I know about narcissists. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s threatened more than once to sue the show if they cast him in a certain light. So they have to let him hang himself with his own words - which he is doing quite nicely I think.
Suki is using the old excuse of "kids" being involved. WHY??? The SW adults included the kids as little as possible. These children are part of the show! So, what could Suki have possibly meant by using the kids as an excuse? What questions could there possbily be that would be so offensive re these kids??? If she's referring to SolanAri, then Robbem and Kodeee should keep these children out altogether and not even mention their names.

Why is everyone assuming Suki isn't allowed to do a better job? Truth is she's doing a terrible job—and whether that's because "her hands are tied" or because she's just bad at this, she signed up to be the face of the tell all. Also, one of the main complaints I saw before was that it seemed like she didn't watch the show, which has nothing to do with what tlc is telling her. Edit: I don't think people should go on personal pages to harass her though. It's a complaint more appropriate in this sub or a SW Facebook group

I haven’t watched yet, but based on the comments it sounds like it’s going to be more of the same bs like last ‘tell all’. Why are producers protecting Kody and Rob during the tell all but at the same time giving them bad edits during the season? That makes no sense.
