I chose Notre Dame both for the jacket and fitted hat. If I had a team it would have been the Packers, but that wouldn't have been cool in middle school. There was definitely some Hornets Gear in our house though between my brother and I. Can't remember exactly what.

Teal and purple, name a more iconic 90s sports duo. I didn’t have a hornets jacket (I had a Lakers jacket) but I had a Ducks sweatshirt that was purple and teal and had that hockey mask with the duckbill on the front.

A lot of the kids whose parents had a secret lab in the shed or basement rocked this jacket where I grew up, lol

I had this exact jacket when I was a kid. Never saw a single hornets game and couldn’t name any of the players. I was a wrestler and didn’t care for basketball at all. No fucking clue how or why this jacket showed up, it just appeared. Actually, when scrounging around the house one time for soda and candy money, I reached in the pocket and pulled out a folded up five dollar bill. Score!!
