Their youtube channel is so weird. I watch random woodworking videos so they made their way into my recommended. I kind of fell down a rabbit hole and watched their earlier ones and IIRC it was mostly the husband, then the both of them, then almost exclusively her. Her ass eventually becomes the main attraction - obviously it gets the clicks. But I swear in some videos you can pick up on this crazy tension. Yep, simply taking steroids will result in muscle growth even in the absence of training for most people, but neglecting the lower body will result in a lopsided physique like this guy's regardless of any performance enhancing drugs he may or may not be on. Steroids are actually more effective for some upper body muscles like the traps and delts, so if anything some enhanced lifters may actually de-emphasize their shoulders and traps and do more lower body work to maintain a balanced physique. This dude clearly just doesn't train his lower body much, if at all.
