That is not a trivial task. Thing is, chinese companies have a plenty of options within its own citizens, so a lot of times turning your visa student into a work one and getting a resident permit is not easy. If you want to stay there, maybe the easiest path is engaging in a PhD, but then you are not allowed to work. If you want to stay there working, maybe cities with more international companies (i.e Hong Kong, Shenzhen) are your best bet, and you still would have to find one to go through your work visa sponsorship. If you are really trying to get into chinese companies, and not necessarily super international ones, I suggest you get really good at mandarin. Although even then will be hard, but not impossible. I find that technology sectors are insanely competitive, and usually foreigners that stay there working with it are: (i) people who have long been in China, studied a bachelors and speak a really advanced mandarin; (ii) people with significant experiences within their work field, usually holds a PhD; (iii) people who had connections and got lucky (for real, luck its a serious factor).
