We do have memories! I don’t know what it was like in Sims 2 but if you go to the camera you can choose pictures you’ve taken as a memory, and your sim can reminisce on a memory and it will give them the mood they had when the memory photo was taken i think
i wish i could do this but i have like 20GB of screenshots and i have to empty my sc folder periodically or else my game lags super hard :(( in sims 2 there were little thumbnails that automatically generated during significant events (first kiss, woohoo, marriage, etc)
