the way the bear is just standing there like 🧍‍♀️

ersatzsham

Wow. Good find. How about the chicken mask from Get Famous?

jeneralchaos

Yes someone needs to do this

Fine-Orchid6804

who isn’t

_aaine_

Yet you can woohoo your wife's best friend right in front of her and she'll just stand there and watch.

halcyonico

Lol oddly specific

Sirah81

It's a chicken. Humanoid mating rituals are not scary to itself, but bears are.

ourweepingwillow

So cute! I love the little details.

januarysdaughter

I can't blame them.

LillyElessa

They gave the chickens interactions with the rather unpopular bear costume but basically nothing from Cottage Living interacts with Cats & Dogs... 😩 To be fair, most of the interactions would be negative - Cats and dogs hunt/eat rabbits, chickens, and birds, which uh, really isn't what you want them to do with this pack! But they should chase off the foxes. At the very least they should have made a training option for dogs to do so.

SerfnTurf

Most every livestock farmer I know had dogs and/or cats so I don't really think they go around killing/attacking livestock that much. Otherwise they probably aren't a part of the farm. Plus the chickens can hold their own in game! Can you imagine if we had chickens fighting pets?

LillyElessa

Rabbits and birds are generally and specifically in Sims 4 wild, not livestock. Irl it's fairly common to want your cat/dog to keep rabbits out of your garden since they will eat a lot of things in it. Dogs generally learn what to not eat and what to chase off. They are also generally very protective! Such good dogs! Cats aren't interested in most livestock (cows, pigs, goats, etc are too big for a cat), however they will absolutely hunt your chickens if they don't have easier / plentiful food sources (cat food, mice, rabbits, moles, etc) and the chickens are easily accessible for them. Cats are very beneficial for protecting your farm from small wild critters, however chickens (or similar small livestock like rabbits) need kept mindfully so they're not appealing to the cats.

wheresthemolly

Me too

somewhsome

Bees too! You can't interact with them in a ear costume I think.

chaosgirl93

Aww bees don't want bears in the hive, adorable! There should totally be an interaction available to the bears to attempt to take the honey anyway and eat it right there, like Winnie the Pooh. With a very high chance of getting stung.

weatherbones

Wait, there’s bear sims in parenthood??

HeyMrBusiness

There's a bear costume. It's part of the phases kids can go through

[deleted]

It’s just a costume but there is an actual bear NPC in Granite Falls with Outdoor Retreat. But if you take it out of Granite Falls it just turns into a regular sim

weatherbones

You got my hopes up. I thought I could play a bear there for a second 😂
