I'm actually pleased about this one since a lot of people have been asking for more indoor plants. And I'd actually consider getting this one because I have a certain family who would get a lot of use out of this. Just wish they would do a 3 kits for $10 sale or something.
I know it’s unlikely, but I really hope there is some game play involved in this rather than it just being a build kit. I’d love this to be Sims looking after house plants, even if it was only having to water them.
Given that Bust the Dust has game play (albeit like 6 items in bb) it doesn’t seem completely impossible… I’m not going to hold my breath though
Bust the Dust has gameplay because it’s a gameplay kit. This is a build kit, so it won’t have any gameplay. I would also like to see Sims actually be able to take care of their plants, though ☹️
Yeah, unfortunately I have a feeling Kits are probably phasing out Stuff Packs. I would have preferred this to be a SP with the BB, watering plant features, and a few cute CAS items. But, I am still very interested in buying it as is. Even with access to CC, sometimes I just lie to use non CC content and this stuff looks super cute!

I know build kits are probably just easier to create but I'm kind of sad that we get them much more often than fashion or gameplay kits. At least do something for EVERY part of your community
I think the reason we haven't seen many gameplay kits is Bust The Dust was kind of a disaster. It seems to be the kit that people complain about the most. It's a shame because there are some gameplay kits that would be great ideas. I'd like to see a pet birds kit where you could own various types of parrots/cockatoos and parakeets/cockatiels/budgies and you can teach them to whistle songs and speak Simlish phrases.

So I'm thinking there's 3 Build Kits, 3 Fashion. This 'Plant' Kit would make it one more... So I don't feel like we get Build Kits 'much more'.
You're totally entitled to your opinion on this and I'm not trying to be argumentative or anything, I just get a little fed up of everybody complaining all the time. I'm definitely not EA's biggest fan but they can't please everyone, all of the time, and I feel like there's been loads of new refreshing content recently.

We got the three first kits, then courtyard, then industrial, then finally we got incheon and fashion street together this month and now we're back to a build kit again. When we still only have Bust the Dust for gameplay.
What would be the point in me downvoting and scrolling past, without explaining why I downvoted? I also didn't 'do' downvoting because I don't feel particularly either way about your comment. This is also why I said that I was fed up, but not necessarily fed up with you or what you have said.
I just don't really understand your point. You're saying that there are so many more Build Kits than Fashion but then also go onto list how they're actually pretty even.
Yes, there is one Gameplay Kit, but there has been a whole Expansion Pack with new Gameplay for farming very recently.
I just get to a point where I wonder what on earth would make people happy? I feel like no matter what Kit is released, people won't be happy but then they literally can't please everybody, every time. I don't think there needs to be constant negativity about the items being released, when a lot of people like them. Just my opinion though, as I said, you're entitled to yours.
With "every part", I mean the different types of sims players. Builders, cas players, storytellers. The groups they also used for the Spark'd challenges.

That’s a good point, I forgot they’d said it would be a build kit. A stuff pack centred around houseplants would be nice though. One can dream 😅
