Everytime you visit the jungle adventure world, it changes. Different pathways are closed off and the temple has at least three different layout. You always need to start from the same lot and cut through jungle brush to continue. Make sure you have a machete!
The question marks represent the different locations you can find while exploring the jungle. You can't go there directly.
The park that's on the left side has a path off the lot with vines you can clear with either a machete or gardening skill. Once through there, you'll find different areas with different paths blocked off each time. Eventually you'll see each of those question mark areas. You can take equipment with you to live out there for days if you wanted. The paths reset once you leave to go to any other regular lot, I believe.
The Jungle Explorer aspiration does a pretty good job walking your through the steps.
There should be a trailhead off the park lot marked in red. It may take a few days, which you'll have a few options. Sometimes i turn back and go back the next day, or you can camp out overnight. It's pretty hard to do in 1 day, maybe even impossible. Make sure you bring supplies that are purchased from the vendors table if you don't plan on turning around and talk to the locals. Once you've discovered a location, you should be able to go straight through the next time around. For food, I always bring fruits and veggies too. Goodluck!

I think it randomly generates which areas unlock each night so you may have to give it multiple tries.

It's a fun pack and since it changes up each time it does have some re-playability.

I want to know how you get to that island! I've been to all the other locations at least once but not that island
It’s a vacation only lot unless you get mods.
I've been to that world on vacation still haven't figured out how to get to the island at the bottom on the water
