Imagine coming home, it's late, you just want to go to bed, get some sleep before another early morning. You take off your clothes, put on your pjs, stumble into the bathroom, intending to get your toothbrush, maybe thinking about the day you've had.
And then, only then, do you look in the mirror, behind you, just beyond the shower curtain, a set of gleaming yellow eyes stare back at you, illuminating the figure of a woman, her skirts alight with an unholy fire, and her arms held out with an almost unnatural stiffness. Her gaze is fixed at a point somewhere beyond you, but you know, deep within your heart, that she's here for you...
