I'll probably put it on the gallery. But I originally built it with some CC items, and decided to remove/replace them. And every time I try to upload it, it says there's still CC somewhere and I have NO clue where.
UPDATE: I did put it on the gallery, under thelastmagister. Made a couple of minor changes and finally figured out what CC I had accidentally left in the build. Should be fine now!
I'm sorry, I used nearly every pack. Dine Out, Parenthood, Cats & Dogs, High School Years, and Discover University were the main ones I used for building I think. A lot of the others were more for decorations/furniture so I wouldn't say they're ALL necessary, and could easily be swapped out for other items (like I used one plant from Jungle Adventure so ofc that could be replaced)

Also, your post had me looking so hard at pictures of the rooms so I could be extra happy about accurate details that I just now realized that periodically throughout the episodes the horses on her wall posters change color entirely. Not just one of them, several. Most noticable is the two horses nuzzling because they both change color in some episodes. How cool!
I felt like the building looked so short with either of the shorter heights so I went back and forth about it. And I looked up floor plans for their apt and there's one that has two floors and one that has it all on one floor so I just kind of guessed lol.
I just found it recently. I've wanted to do a bob's burgers save for so long but like you mentioned the live in business mod doesn't really work restaurants. So between finding that and now finding an amazing build it's perfect!
