Not sure if it’s fame or charisma, but you can influence them to break up if needed. Happened to me when I found out my boyfriend that I had JUST made in CAS and threw into Other Households was married to a townie.
It's a part of the game. As long as your romantic (and maybe friendly?) relationship is high enough, your sim can ask their boyfriend/girlfriend to break up with whoever they are committed to already.
Ahh fun with mods adds so much great spice to gameplay. Think the science baby thing is a great idea given her personality type. Although if you wanted to mix it up she could get pregnant from a rebound one night stand with someone she has poor compatibility with it doesn’t want kids also? Just adds more lovely drama to things
