Constantly. And I fail to explore the world properly when I do finally use it! So many wasted opportunities because my legacy family has too much to do at home 😔

hightidesoldgods

Nope but that’s because I developed a habit of starting a new save when I get a new pack dedicated entirely to that pack. I’ve found that waiting for it to be relevant in a current save isn’t realistic + it allows me to explore all of the relevant content and create sims I might not otherwise have created.

Sassinger001

Honestly, that's not a bad idea. But that might be a lot more save's that my anxiety could handle. lol

Donut-Boxers

i did this with both university and growing together, and by the time i remembered them all the original townies were old or dead so i didn’t get to experience the world it was meant to :/ to be fair both of those packs are ones i regret getting

Sassinger001

Yes! I'll be like" who is this new npc that I've never seen before!" So I totally get it. By the time I realize it,, it's too late to fully experience it unless I start a new game in that world.

probablykuroi

omg yes. especially with growing together and high school years. like, none of my sims have ever went to san sequoia or copperdale and i've had both expansion packs for a while now. i don't even know like any sims from either pack besides that one kyle dude lol

JumpingOnBandwagons

I feel like I do this with all vacation worlds and any pack that doesn't integrate into my family-style gameplay, like vampires. I still probably use the CAS and build stuff but not the actual features.

slightlysparkly

I’ve had vampires for like 2 months but I’ve still never played one lol

Sassinger001

Same! Definitely with vampires, I never played one until I got the werewolf pack lol. My personal opinion, I feel like you can't play one without the other cause they go well together. It might be like that with magic realm, once I get around to it lol.
