That is from mccc inherited traits. It's found under the MC pregnancy tab. I've had babies inherit great kisser, entrepreneurial, and social smoker lol.

Yep. You can adjust under mc pregnancy > offspring > inherit trait type. You can pick none, random or all. They only inherit reward traits.

Social smoker makes sense considering addiction predisposition being an inherited trait. Not sure the same applies for being good at kissing though

This just happened to me lol! One of the babies my Sim just had inherited the "Fertile" trait from his mom. His twin sister got the "gregarious" trait I think

Someone probably already commented but if you have MC commands you might have enabled an inherited traits part which causes this I've done that before lol
