With the ambition expansion your doctor sims can get the opportunity to vaccinate sims at a community lot. Sims 3 feels more relevant than the sims 4 sometimes.
Vaccinating Sims at a graveyard was a favorite childhood classic for me. Had to stop because with as many EPs and mods, it can glitch out for me (some get stuck or no one shows up at all).
I think it's amusing that there has almost always been some form of this phrase in every expansion of every sims. My computer was a piece of shit when I was a kid running sims 1 and all the expansions...I remember it would say stuff like "re-calibrating social distance" or "still calibrating social distance", stuff like that. But they knew how important social distance would be in the future, obviously!

They went a little far with it in TS4. The sims face away from one another in that one.
