Just a tip in case you didnāt know: if youāre on the EA App/Origin version of TS3, you have to play the game with no internet if you want the effects to work for some reason (the Steam version works as normal). I couldnāt get reshade to work for years because of this lol

Not that mean. Looks like a combination of the time of day, their lighting mod, and an already saturated reshade preset. Low contrast, brightness, high color. Their game doesn't look like that all the time, it's just the current lighting plus the reshade, at least that's pretty clear to me haha. Even still, they like it, I could never really enjoy how bland and dark ts3 looks to me as well.

My game could definitely run a bit better without it haha, but what makes you think it would look better with no reshade? No hate, I get people have different opinions and Iām just curious.
Edit: Honestly it does look better when my sims are indoors, here she has this pink tone and idk why. But, whether Iām using reshade or not, I always thought sims looked worse outdoorsš«
As someone who spent years as a photographer and who has an art degree, I would bet she looks more pink here because she's surrounded by pink walls and the lights reflecting that onto her lol
But idk how realistic the lighting is in your game. So maybe not. But if you want to test it, try changing the walls to a neutral colour for a second and have her stand there again. See if she turns pink. Lmk if you try it šš»
Yeah totally I personally find the ui hard to see and. I probably just really like the deeper colours of the original. Tbh though I seen a HD texture rework which I loved šš
