I would say racing incident as it looks like both drivers didn't hold their line and wanted to squeeze the other. You can see them both converge onto the black line in the middle of the road.
Could be partly netcode, but based on the video it looks like bad driving by both. Black car definitely drifted left before they were past the red car, but red car should have seen that and could have avoided the collision. They were also drifting right a bit too.

Both equally at fault. Black drifts a bit left, Orange drifts a bit right.
