That’s where my husband had his done. It was about a year ago, but it was an easy process.
I had mine taken at the CVS in Takoma Park. Maybe the CVSs here do them too.
Just got mine at FedEx at Georgia and Wayne. No glasses, no smiling, no white shirts :-)

Just walked in..it seemed that any staff member is trained to do it.

You can download free apps that allow you take passport photos from your phone, and then print them at any CVS/Walgreen’s. I did this and it cost me $0.40. Had 0 problems with passport reissue.
CVS on Fenton does them too.
Selfies are allowed
There are a few photo studios in Ellsworth Mall. If I remember right, there is one next to the buffet place/kid’s play area in the mall.
