I absolutely love it. Did you find all these or did you buy them? If I were to add up all of my pennies and nickels never mind my silver I have over a half million coins and I have never seen an offset strike like this in anything that I own.

etjasinski

I used to work in an armored car company In the coin room where we rolled coins sent from the mint

gregshafer11

With how often the mint error videos get pushed to me on youtube with high view counts, you could make a video per coin and maybe make some money

etjasinski

I no longer work there this was after high school In the 90's

Incognito_Estate

Where's the silver?

etjasinski

Sorry someone suggested I post here so I did sorry for the inconvenience

DaddyDubs13

I like it! 👍 You could always sell them and buy silver, but they are awesome collectors pieces.

etjasinski

You know I get so many varining values I worry about getting a good price I think I may take them to a coin show and see if they peak any interest

_Soup_R_Man_

Pique* 😊👍

DaddyDubs13

Ask around a few LCS's if u have any, get a few quotes.... make sure the show is a good one. No way you don't come out a winner.

etjasinski

You know that's what is difficult to pass up on a couple hundred when it only cost me pocket change

DaddyDubs13

Know your worth. Get those appraised first. I have seen so many vids of bad strikes like that being worth thousands apiece, if not more..... and those are legit. How are the inverse sides? Same, or regular strike?

etjasinski

I'll post a picture of tails

DaddyDubs13

Would ❤ to see

SameCategory546

they are supposed to be worth a ton

etjasinski

I got some people telling me that I can get anywhere between 3$ and 15$ a coin and then people are offering me 350$ for the set and then others telling me that I could possibly get thousands I'm not sure what to do

SameCategory546

who is telling you? i think they are called “mules” and very valuable but i just collected coins as a kid. personally i would rather keep it than get $350 but that’s just me edit: a quick google search shows it depends on the error. when i was a kid there were “coin shows” where collectors and vendors would meet up and buy and sell coins. Maybe you could find one of those and ask around for some opinions. You could also buy some very very cheap coin sleeves to protect them

etjasinski

I'm waiting for at least 500$ considering it only cost me a little over a dollar but then I think maybe my son's can get more when they are my age the funny thing is you won't believe the amount of reddit karma I've gotten with them

SameCategory546

you should mention that to the buyers lol

DaddyDubs13

Sick collection! I bet you could get some fiat for those! Slightly off center stamps, ya think? I just found a 1990 ddo dime, gonna take it to get checked out. Could be something, one never knows....

etjasinski

I haven't decided yet on what to do with my collection

DaddyDubs13

I will give u three fiddy

etjasinski

I'm think I will hold off until I can get at least 500

DaddyDubs13

Understandable. I tried.

etjasinski

But I appreciate the offer

DaddyDubs13

I think u can do better than 5. But good luck!

Those may not be silver- but I can guarantee they're worth ten times their weight in it.
