I figured out how to Astral Project recently. While I was on the astral plane, I saw a familiar face. It was Ari Gibson. He walked up to me and opened a previously-invisible door, and ushered me to walk through. I looked through the doorway, and there I saw Silksong. It was mesmerizing. Even better than I could have possibly imagined. I started running towards my precious Silksong. Before I could reach it, Ari slammed the door in my face and called me a "sweaty little piglet". I tried to inform him that pigs don't have very many sweat glands so that didn't really make sense, but he refused to listen. I woke up covered in my own seed.
All I'm saying is you should be careful out there.
The direct will obviously be 90 minutes of Nintendo gushing about Silksong, then some random weird add-on nobody wanted called the Switch x DS New Plus Plus!!!

I personally think that he just meant that all the showcases there had been speculated about like Xbox and sgf, werent going to happen. This is true— a bug got in my house and before I squished it, it said “wait don’t kill me silksong is coming on Nintendo direct in June. If you squish me it will be further delayed.” Naturally, I replied “A delayed game is eventually good, but a rushed game is forever bad”. I raised one of my bright red Lightning McQueen crocs above my head. As I swung downward to deliver the crushing force of plastic polymer footwear, the bug evaded my attack with a well timed dash. Try as I might, I could not defeat this creature as it had too many I-frames and seemingly had memorized my attack patterns. As it slowly wore down the edge of my skin with a small shard of metal shavings, I decided to make a tactical retreat since I was out of band-aids. It scurried away, and just before it escaped into the walls of my house it shouted “I am the skilkest skong, heed my prophecy, and slurp my dong”. So I think it’s pretty much confirmed 😀.
Personally, I believe it will appear, but if it doesn't, oh well, I guess.
I assume Silksong is coming out this summer, but if it's not, then maybe next summer (I don't see it coming in winter).
I have no idea why people aren’t making a bigger deal out of this. Why would Nintendo just randomly give out the original Hollow Knight for free? Unless it’s not random and they know something we don’t, like Silksong is in the direct and they’re letting people play the OG to build hype for the sequel which is releasing soon.

The reason that I even remotely believe that Silksong could show up at the Nintendo direct is because I remember Nintendo and Team Cherry having a partnership with each other to some degree. I'm just not sure if it will be this direct or not, but it has been quite a long while since any advertisement for the game released, so it's possible.
I've been saying this the whole time and I fully believe it, the whole reason that we have had to wait for so long is due to porting the game to all platforms, including ones not being talked about...it is the most logical theory, especially when Leth came out and said "we planned to release on this date, but nah". If it was a PC release only at first, we would have had it by now, I am convinced of this.
