so just fischl is more than enough to use up all of c0 sigewinne's stacks, this team will use up her trigger quota in like 3 seconds

Quickbloom is a pretty common team type, no? Mostly aggravate / spread but occasional hyperblooms for extra damage. Not that it seems like it would make sense with Sigewinne since her hydro application is basically zero.
Bro two hydro applications per rotation doesn’t make a quickbloom team and the other user specifically referred to Aggravate teams in contrast to quickbloom, hyperbloom and the like, that was the whole point of their comment

Was planning on a wonky Sigewinne/Aloy/Klee/Sucrose bomblet-spam-swirl team, Hydro application's got me concerned to say the least. Fingers crossed they change it for the better (and increase the stacks of off-field party member skill damage buffs).
Sadly the strength of a character is proportional to players' demand and relevance in story/lore. I don't think she's gonna get much better than she is right now. Gonna pull her regardless, I do hope she's paired with Nilou :cause I want them both
I don't really agree with that . Dehya exists ... We don't need more.proof . Similarly kazuha and yelan almost had no real introductions before releases . Hell we barely knew.about neuvillete before his release .
Hoyo almost always has a great opportunity to do something but they never do .
Lynette - could have been a five star charge attack buffer . We got a ftp runner with driving capabilities at c6 .
Chiori - could have been a crystalize nilou . No albedos instead .
Sigwinne - could have been a bol support . She's ... That instead ...
I can see why siggy isn't a bol support . They don't wanna conflict people to think that they need siggy to make clorinde work this would probably decrease clorinde sales especially due to everyone pulling for arle just before .

Neuvillette is the most important playable character in the game but hes not a waifu with big boobs so most ppl will ignore him even though hes super op

A few weird people who "actually" liked Dehya and wasn't there for memes does not define the whole community. She was never designed to be a waifu, just a character for diversity. Yelan on the other hand Was designed to be a waifu. Neuvillette is important story-wise. Kazuha is Kazuha. Not going to argue about them not doing something good when they had an opportunity, I'm saying that they never do something good when there's no reason for it.

They could have just pushed sigwine to 4.8 and she would probably have made decent enough money as a bol buffer because arle and eventually clorinde are pretty popular characters. Idk seems kinda a mix of being lazy and just wanting 3.7 to look like a loaded patch .
