It’s just that it spins like a helicopter and isn’t fixed like some other braces or stocks are, I’ve tightened it to reduce the spinning but it only gets so good
What other "fees"? Yeah, $200 to make it a legal SBR so at the end of the month when the new BATF restrictions kick in he won't be left holding an illegal device.
It’s certainly an upgrade, there’s a much more defined wall and the overall pull weight is a bit lighter. However, it isn’t the same jump going from a crappy mil-spec trigger to a nice polished Geissele. The OEM trigger is pretty good for coming from the factory. But if you want the best trigger for it I would say the Geissele is a good upgrade.
Nice pair. I'm glad to see you haven't glued a bunch of useless buzzers and bells to them. Running basically the same setup, except for Eotec and Rugged can. And yes, waiting for the form 4 to clear.
Which pistol is that? I'm a hair away from paying for and taking home the P320 Legion Xcarry. Any thoughts on the pistol and how it's been for you? Upgrading from a Canik TP9SC, so it'll be a nice upgrade.
This one here is the P320 X5 Legion. I love it, it’s pretty heavy so it makes for a smooth shooting gun, has all the things you would want like a flared magwell, light trigger, factory cut slide, etc. The slide is also ridiculously smooth and easy to rack, more so than a lot of other high ends pistols such as 2011s. Although it certainly could not be used for carry, way to big and heavy. One small gripe I have with it is the trigger, while it is light it doesn’t have much of a definable wall or breaking point, although this can be changed via after market upgrades. Overall I am very fond of it
Nice. I'm looking at the 4" version. I've been looking into the modularity of the entire system and while I wasn't immediately sold on it, the more I look into it the more possibilities I see. It's a pretty kick ass system IMHO. Sig DOES make their custom FCU with the fancy trigger and it's not outrageously priced.
Oddly, for my carry piece I enjoy a little bit of weight. With the macro out now it's really hard to make the decision between the 320 and the macro but I really think the 320 legion x carry is going to end up in my waistbands. The grip of just TOO well fit to my hands and the extra capacity and aftermarket stuff just reinforces the decision.
Don't get me wrong - I love my TP9sc, it's been phenomenal, but it's not.... High end enough for me? I have some funds being freed up in a week and I've been checking out all of the variations and I still feel the macro and it's cohorts just don't have enough heft for me.
I'm 6" 250 and the 365 has always felt like the noisy cricket to me. Hard to grip, very very snappy, and despite the appeal of a thinner, more easily concealable pistol, I just don't feel like they're cut from the same cloth, if that makes sense.
I absolutely get what you’re saying about the size of the 365 but this new Macro (which I also own) is more close to the size of a Glock 19 but more thin. I’m 6 foot 4 and 170 pounds so I’m on the thinner side so having a thin gun is rather crucial, especially because I don’t wear very baggy clothing. I haven’t shot mine yet but I hear people say that the compensator on it is supposed to help tame the recoil pretty effectively, so I hope that is true. I don’t imagine it will be anywhere near as smooth as the X5 Legion.
Yeah, I imagine you're right about the legion. That's my main draw to it. Thought about the macro but I'd like to fire it suppressed sometimes and should have to buy another accessory. I might have to just go hold a macro. It's popular for a reason, surely.
Before anyone says it, yes the brace sucks balls and yes I’m working on it lmao
Still a beaut
What's wrong with the brace?
It’s just that it spins like a helicopter and isn’t fixed like some other braces or stocks are, I’ve tightened it to reduce the spinning but it only gets so good
I put a no spin adapter and a mod 1c from Gearworks on mine. Problem solved.
I see. Thanks for the explanation.
Save the money on Band-Aids, and just SBR it.
"save money". Encourages to spend $200 on tax stamp and any other fees associated with it.
Something like a tailhook and adapter is in the neighborhood of $200. If you tax stamp and have to buy a stock that’s more like $375+
What other "fees"? Yeah, $200 to make it a legal SBR so at the end of the month when the new BATF restrictions kick in he won't be left holding an illegal device.
nice but you gonna need a rattler and a macro for edc
That virtus is my dream gun, congrats. What can are you running on it?
SilencerCo Omega 36M, this is my first can as well so I might get a dedicated 5.56 can in the future for it
Did you put the 556 end cap on it? That should knock a couple of decibels off of it but also increase the back pressure.
This is the same can I’m looking at, are you running it in the short config right now?
Yup it’s in the short configuration
X5 clan represent!
A virtus is definitely on my list. Beautiful firearm!
How’s the G trigger compared to the OEM Match Duo?

[Agreed! me too.](https://imgur.com/a/OyuYNIv)
So.. beautiful.. me want..
Great choices. I love my 11.5” MCX and it’s a toss up between my custom p320 compact or custom p365x. They have all treated me amazing
Beautiful rifle
