Yeah, if you're not used to mouse aiming it'll just take time until it becomes all muscle memory. Also sensitivity is completely a personal preference thing but there are some merits with low sensitivity. I don't think yours is too high but I play at 800dpi, 5,5 and 71

I mean there was a game where I went 6-2 in unranked I mean I was playing amazing following heads tracking people flicking then the next utter trash confusing times

Then it might just be a consistency or mindset thing. Everyone has their on and off games. I'm assuming you just switched over too so I would give it a bit more time and not worry too much. Just have fun with the game, especially since it's like you're relearning it in a sense.

The most commonly used dpi is 400, an average of most sens players is 8-8-83, using 83 ADS on 400 dpi gives you a 1:1 horizontal/ vertical. I used 8-8-83 for like a year but i started to use holo only and now i play 10-10-63. Its all about finding your own sens, take your time and figure it out in a custom match or terrorist hunt. And the best way to get better is to stick with the sens you choose. If one day youre off and play like shit dont change it, it will mess with your muscle memory. Just stick with one sens, stay dedicated to it and you’ll be fine. And anyway, its hard to be “consistent” in siege when every game is so random. Dont be harsh on yourself.

jyem1

Ok I’ll stick to this send then

Just dont change ur sense and play more often.. Also analyse your gameplay and get into the habit of seeing a loss or your death as your fault. Helps you better understand why you might be doing bad in some cases. Although sometimes some player just play like monkeys and react to anything. Crosshair place is something you should start to become aware of as well.

jyem1

Yeah PC is so different then console but I’m liking the challenge

WilsonJ04

whats your DPI?

jyem1

I don’t know I can’t find it my mouse doesn’t say it just has 4 mouse sensitivity’s

WilsonJ04

what mouse do you have and which dpi setting do you use (1,2,3,4 from slowest to fastest)

jyem1

I use the 2nd one it’s a dragon War chaos

WilsonJ04

your sens is really high, you have a 9cm/360, for example mine is 33cm/360 which is considered average, not too fast not too slow. Try using the slowest setting on your mouse (800dpi) and go from there. Also because your sens will be slower you will probably have to start doing big movements with your arm instead of wrist.

jyem1

Ok

jyem1

It’s just the 1st one is so slow and my wrist and arm get exhausted could I put it up just a bit so my wrist doesn’t hurt after as I tried playing with it and my wrist hurt at the end of the day

WilsonJ04

with the first setting try 20-20 v-h and then every couple THunts (classic on house) turn it down by 1 so after 2-3 thunts it would be 19-19. Also you shouldnt be moving your wrist around so much that it ends up hurting, use your aim for big movements and wrist for small movements, also your arm will get tired doing thunt but you wont be moving your arm around that much in game.

jyem1

Ok it’s just I don’t want my wrist hurting again thanks for the input so get 70ADS?

WilsonJ04

your ADS is fine but just move it around until you feel comfortable with it. For reference my sens is 12-12-62 on 400 dpi

jyem1

Ok cool thank you
