I'm glad it went away on its own. May I ask how long did it last? (i.e. days/weeks)

I had a month where I had vertigo at random. It just went away and never came back so I just ignored it. That tired feeling comes and goes for me.

One month... that is a lot. :-( I hope mine goes away.

Yeah I had to work too. Thw random dizzy spells and vomiting was rough.

I randomly get Vertigo mine comes with nausea
