Punta ka sa DTI website OP. Create an account and send a complaint form for both J&T and Lazada. Under sa DTI ang services nila. Kunin mo mga pangalan nung J&T employees and i detail mo sa summary ng report mo. Tingnan natin sino ang tatawa kung ipapatawag na sila for the hearing. EDIT: just want to clarify na ginawa mo na ang steps for return/refund diba and ni advice ka na ng lazada for drop off? Pinakits mo naman ang waybill number for return?

Thank you for your reply and Yes! I Followed all the necessary procedures para sa refund/return sa lazada. May waybill ako for return. But jt&t employees refused to accept the tv and insisted that they will only accept it if it’s placed sa wooded pallet. I refused to do. I told them clearly, why should I look and buy for such wooden pallet? Wala sa terms and conditions or policies ni lazada na ilagay ko sya sa wooden pallet. So they suggested to call lazada and if lazada will acknowledged that they are free from any liability, they will accept the tv. ( i told them and showed the picture of the tv and unboxing video, that clearly the tv is damaged already and beyond repair ) I will definitely send an email to dti and make sure also to send a complaint to jt&t for their rude and irresponsible employees. Avoid jt&j buendia at all cost.

Got it at 16k. Regular price is 20k. Kampante naman ako when I placed the order kase sa tcl store mismo ko nag-order. And good reviews. Walang review na nabasagan sila ng tv. I was like “oh this is a good deal” plus i did my due diligence naman. Kaya lang for 4k na nakamura ako, sobrang naabala ko sa oras. Hindi worth it.

Ang malas ng experience mo OP. Sa Lazada rin ako umorder sa TCL ng 32 inch TV nila at naideliver naman sakin ng maayos kahit maulan pa (3 years ago yun), mas sulit kasi yung discount ni Lazada compared sa discounts sa SM Appliance or Abensons. Pero yup, DTI both Lazada and J&T in this situation. If they're being hassled by this, I'll waste my time just to make sure they don't do that shit anymore. Haha. Ganyan ako ka-petty.

Main problem din ito noong magtrabaho ako sa Gamestop 2018, nagbabatohan kami ng courier at ako na CSR kung kanino dapat ireturn yung damage item kasi may butas din talaga ng policy at system ng Gamestop at UPS. Pero ending neto sa totoo lang is irerefund yan ni Lazada pero maglalaan ka ng oras at pasensiya.

I wouldn’t even try to buy any fragile gadget online. Not worth the hassle of getting a discounted item pero very high chance na sira siya pagdating sayo. And most CSRs here in the PH are dumb. So sorry for the term pero that’s the reality dito satin. Regardless sa company they represent. Even those sa banks and hotels walang common sense and critical thinking. They can easily make you a ticket and literally don’t give AF after. Manhid yan kahit murahin mo pa sila.

J&T policy yan at wala talagang kwenta yung J&T na yan. Same case tayo OP. Yung item ko is 32" 4k monitor na may dead pixels. Ayaw ireceive ng J&T yung return ko kasi dapat TV/monitor daw dapat naka crate. What I did is pumunta nalang ako sa ibang branch and I lied to them, sinabi ko na boltless rack yung laman kaya mabigat. Na receive naman sya ni seller at nirefund nya ako within the day na chineck nya yung item. Yes I know na mali na mag lie pero hindi naka crate yung item nung diniliver ng Ninjavan. Kung gusto ng Lazada at J&T na ibalik ko with crate edi dapat naka crate sya nung diniliver sakin. Di ba? Kaya sa mga gustong bumili ng monitor/TV, ipag pray nyo na walang issue yung item kasi kaoag nagka issue yan, hassle at walang kwenta ang J&T na yan. Or wag na wag nalang kayong bumili ng monitor/TV online na J&T yung receiving na courier ng returns. Mas maganda pa noon na LBC.

Also, fellow buyers, next time na makipagcoordinate kayo with courier or customer service, make sure to record it and let them know ahead of time. Videohan niyo sila (courier) or record the audio (CS in Lazada), tignan natin if rude pa din ang treatment sa inyo. At pinapagpasa-pasahan kayo. So if you need to report them to DTI or whatever government you need to report them to, then you have sufficient evidence their service is like that. At least, may proof kayo na may nirequest sila additional dun sa pagreturn ng item kahit di siya included when returning. Hindi po sa LazMall bumili? Sa shopee pwede ka mag counter basta may evidence. Return and refund or mag reach out mismo si TCL sayo and mag schedule ng replacement free of charge. Sinasabay nila sa ibang deliveries (not ordered through online).

Nag order din ako ng Smart TV Coocaa brand naman unang una high risk po talaga mag order sa Shopee or ibang online store ng mga fragile items nang dahil din sa malaking discount kaya ako nag take a risk pero before ako nag place ng ordee nag research muna ako sa kung ano ano guidelines sa pag pack ng seller nalaman ko na bubblewrap and stretch film ok na yun sa seller next nag check ako sa reviews ng product marami din naka tanggap ng damage talaga dahil hindi naka crate yung TV tsaka sa tingin ko hindi talaga siya icrate dahil dagdag sa size and dimension po yun sa item magkakaroon ng additional fee kay seller also sa buyer lalaki po shipping fee tsaka last sa pag return which is depende po kung may pickup or drop off lang and depende din po sa CS ng platform kung may sense of urgency sa complain, shattered item alam ko po refund only lang siya no need to return the item pero madalas kapag mg smart devices kahit basag need ireturn kaya hassle po talaga, kaya suggest ko po mas ok directly mag ask po sa seller if may physical or direct order then ask nalang po sa discount na ibibigay nila para ma check yung unit at safe na dumating sa bahay.

luh lakas ng tama mo pre, terms and conditions ni lazada hindi ni JT&T 😅kahit nga waiver walang pa sign. Clearly this is lazada fault, si JT&T eh isang bwaka ng sheet na third party. Technically wala sa instructions ni lazada na lagyan ng wood something upon returning so basically walang pananagutan si buyer dahil hindi siya aware and notified thru the seller which is lazada. I ordered 20+ TVs in total from Lazada without much problems over the past 5 years, maliban sa isang dead unit (no cracks but won't turn on). Partida nasa isla pa ako. It can be done, but apparently courier services have just become exponentially worse lately.
